Black Londoners, originally formatted by both Alex and his wife Joyce Pascall, became the go to platform for the Black Diaspora and European listeners showcasing Caribbean culture and current affairs as well as serving 59% of Radio London’s overall  listenership and 60% of Black and minority audiences.
